The nipple area should be clean and dry. Remove the protective film and apply directly to the nipple, pressing down to ensure that it adheres well. Do not apply to cracked, damaged or sunburned skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. It is recommended not to use moisturising creams or powders on the area before applying it, for better adhesion.
